Orders are prepared and shipped within 2 to 5 business days after payment confirmation.

- Brazil/Latin America: 15 to 30 business days

- USA/Canada: 10 to 25 business days

- Rest of the world: up to 40 business days

Calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and any promotions. Some orders may qualify for free shipping.

6. INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS
